Many consumers, including consumers of color, LGBTQ+, older adults, people with disabilities, immigrants, and people with language barriers face special challenges or discrimination in the marketplace. A member of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, NCLC challenges discriminatory, predatory and racist policies and practices that deny economic opportunity to all consumers.
