Predatory For-Profit Schools

For decades, the U.S. Department of Education has failed to prevent predatory schools from receiving federal student aid dollars. As a result, these schools charge students exorbitant tuition, but provide little in return. Students struggle to repay their student loan debts and often fall into default. NCLC works to increase school accountability and make sure students harmed by predatory schools can access loan relief.
