Across the country, state trial courts are inundated with high volumes of debt collection lawsuits. These lawsuits frequently result in judgments for the creditor, often by default, and may lead to seizure of consumer wages or money in a bank account.

This webinar presents three policy resources and discusses how they can be used in efforts to reform state laws related to debt collection lawsuits and post-judgment collection.
