For this Q&A, Stay Connected staff were joined by guest presenter, Sierra Moll, Energy Consumer Liaison at the MA Office of the Attorney General. The presentation covers understanding your gas and electric bills and includes an overview of the important information listed there, including a breakdown of the delivery charges. Sierra also provides examples of how payment plans, budget billing, Arrearage Management Plans (AMP) and discount rates will show up on your clients’ bills.
