Massachusetts Open Energy and Utility Q&A Hour: Know Your Bill

TIME: 11 AM – 12 PM

For this Q&A, Stay Connected staff will be joined by guest presenter, Sierra Moll, Energy Consumer Liaison at the MA Office of the Attorney General. The presentation will be on understanding your gas and electric bills and will include an overview of the important information listed there, including a breakdown of the delivery charges. Sierra will also provide examples of how payment plans, budget billing, Arrearage Management Plans (AMP) and discount rates will show up on your clients’ bills.

All questions about Massachusetts energy and utility issues are welcome. They do not need to be related to billing and bills specifically. We also appreciate hearing from you what your clients are experiencing.
