This webinar will provide an overview of the basics of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Given the intense focus on tenant screening now, the session will be taught through the lens of tenant screening reports. 

This free webinar is part of a four-part consumer debt program to provide the knowledge attorneys need to assist low-moderate-income clients. This program is co-sponsored by the National Consumer Law Center and the Social Law Library and is funded by the Social Law Library’s Endowment to Promote Understanding of Consumer Issues.
