The 2026 Virtual Mortgage Conference kicks off on Monday, July 13, with a one-day Pre-Conference Intensive focused on Affirmative Litigation Skills, where attendees will dive into intermediate-level training on case investigation, identifying claims, and the technical complexities of evaluating escrow and mortgage accounting histories. This specialized track concludes with a trial roundtable.
Starting 1pm ET on Tuesday, July 14th is the Main Conference, which spans four half-days. The main conference covers a broad spectrum of critical topics, including an introduction to mortgage servicing, updates on “Zombie” debt claims, and essential RESPA case updates. The conference will also cover manufactured housing regulations, heirs property, property tax foreclosure, and loss mitigation. The conference will conclude on Friday, July 17 with sessions on Ethics and Home Equity Investments (HEI) loans.
All sessions at this year’s virtual Mortgage Conference will be recorded. Your conference registration gives you the flexibility to attend sessions live or watch any time, as your schedule allows.

CLE
Sessions will be eligible for CLE credit! Earn up to a total 18 CLE credits, which includes 1.25 hours of ethics. For the pre-conference intensive, earn 5.25 regular hours. For the main conference, earn up to 11.5 regular hours and 1.25 ethics hours. CLE reporting instructions will be available to conference attendees.
