This ex parte notice relates to a December 14th meeting between Zak Champ, Aaron Garza, Mika Savir, Mark Stone, and Edyael Casaperalta, all staff members of the FCC’s Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau, and Margot Saunders and Carolyn Carter of the National Consumer Law Center, and Chris Frascella of the Electronic Privacy Information Center.
During the meeting, we presented a PowerPoint, which provided a breakdown of the arguments made in both our primary comments in this proceeding, as well as in our reply comments, which were filed on behalf of 18 national, state, and regional consumer and privacy advocacy organizations.
