Consumer organizations write this letter to strongly support the above-referenced request for an Investigation into the Effect of the Individual Residential Supply Market on Low Income Ratepayer
Assistance Programs, which was submitted to the Department by the Attorney General on
December 17, 2019. We urge the Department to open the requested investigation promptly and
to devote adequate resources to thoroughly investigating the important issues raised by the
Attorney General.
