NCLC, on behalf of its low-income clients, submits comments to the DOJ based on experience and work in providing training and assistance to attorneys across the country who represent consumers in bankruptcy cases. NCLC’s comments and recommendations focus on three issues that were not addressed by other participants in the review process.
