NCLC and others submitted a letter to the EPA from 39 organizations urging EPA to adopt strong PFAS drinking water rules and to ensure affordable drinking water. These comments urge EPA to reject the premise that drinking water can either be safe or affordable which is contrary to environmental justice and leads to unsafe water for disadvantaged, overburdened communities.
