The National Consumer Law Center files these comments on behalf of its low-income clients and Consumer Action, Consumer Federation of America, Consumer Reports, EPIC, National Association of Consumer Advocates, and U.S. PIRG, supporting in part and opposing in part the petitions for reconsideration of the new regulations limiting unwanted automated calls issued in late 2020 by the Federal Communications Commission (Commission), as required by the TRACED Act.
