NCLC, on behalf of its low-income clients, submitted testimony to the Senate Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Labor-HHS-Edu on FY 2026 LIHEAP appropriations. The testimony makes the case for, at a minimum, level funding of $4.1 billion, but ideally full funding at $5.1 billion.
