The undersigned consumer, community, privacy, legal services and advocacy groups are pleased to submit this response to your Call for Feedback on Data Privacy, Protection, and Collection. This response will primarily focus on credit and consumer reporting issues, including ideas to amend the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and improve consumer rights with respect to consumer reporting agencies (CRAs), including the Big Three nationwide CRAs.
