The undersigned consumer, civil rights and community groups support the proposal to allow consumers to send and receive same-day payments later in the day. Specifically, we support the proposal to enhance same-day ACH processing by adding a third processing window to allow financial institutions to submit same day ACH payments until 4:45 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Currently, the latest submission deadline is 2:45 p.m.
