These are comments signed on to by NCLC and 20 other environmental justice organizations in support of the Maryland Office of People’s Counsel’s petition to open a comprehensive gas planning proceeding to meet the state’s climate goals while protecting access to reasonable, affordable rates and bills as well as promoting customer equity and energy justice.
