Morgane Mouslim

Policy Analyst, The Hilltop Institute

Morgane Mouslim is a Policy Analyst at the Hilltop Institute at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Dr. Mouslim’s recent work focuses on issues surrounding hospital and insurer price transparency. Prior to coming to UMBC, she worked at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health where her research focused on drug pricing and policy. She holds an ScM in Epidemiology from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and a DVM from Michigan State University.
