Lois Sarfo-Mensah

Director of Conferences & Training

Lois Sarfo-Mensah joined NCLC as Director of Conferences & Training in 2026. She leads planning for the annual Consumer Rights Litigation Conference, Spring Training, and Mortgage Conference, as well as NCLC’s online webinars and trainings.

Lois brings 15 years of experience leading full-cycle conference portfolios across the United States for mission-driven and nonprofit organizations. As principal and event director at 3 Pillars Co., she combined strategic planning with hands-on execution to direct multi-day events from concept through completion. Her approach combines thoughtful logistics, strong partnerships, and a focus on creating welcoming, engaging learning experiences.

Lois holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
