Boston Office Operations Coordinator

Lanette Smith joined the National Consumer Law Center team in 2025. As the Boston Office Operations Coordinator, she provides administrative and operational assistance to staff. 

Lanette came to NCLC with a strong background in operations management and administration. She started her career in regenerative agriculture, including nonprofit work focused on equitable access and strengthening local food systems. She is passionate about economic and environmental justice. Lanette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Design and Retailing.
