Dolores Silva Smith

Dolores Silva Smith was a director at the Division of Consumer and Community Affairs, Federal Reserve Board (1998 – 2004).  Ms. Silva Smith was also a presiding officer of the Bank Holding Act Application Hearings, Federal Reserve Board, and an author of numerous articles.  Ms. Silva Smith provided witness testimony before Congressional Committees, on behalf of the Federal Reserve Board.  She’s also a member of the American Statistical Society as well as a member of the American Bar Association.  Ms. Silva Smith was a graduate of the University of Texas (Austin) and Georgetown University Law Center. 

Ms. Silva Smith was appointed to the Board in 2008.
