For this Q&A, Stay Connected staff will be joined by guest presenter, Lindsay Reynold, Compliance Officer at the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities Consumer Division. Lindsay will start with a short presentation on the Division’s role when it comes to handling consumer complaints and best practices for working with the Division. She will discuss the kinds of issues the Division will get involved in, when issues should be elevated to the Division, and the assistance advocates can expect the Division to provide in resolving disputes between customer and company.
Q&A Hours are intended to be less formal opportunities for advocates to learn, ask questions, and share what they are seeing through their work on the ground, which is invaluable to NCLC policy advocacy work. Any questions or comments about energy and utility issues in Massachusetts are welcome; they do not have to be about the topic directly.
