“The CRLC is an invaluable way to connect with the smartest consumer advocates from around the country and become part of a collaborative community that has a significant impact in the fight for consumer justice.”

“Being able to attend the NCLC conference is especially important for keeping my consumer law knowledge fresh and up to date.”

Welcome to the 2025 CRLC!

Dear Colleagues,

Consumer protections – and the practice of consumer law itself – are under attack and NCLC is fighting back. In a few months, our consumer law community will come together in the nation’s capital to raise our voices for economic justice and learn strategies for continuing to effectively represent the people who most need us.

On behalf of the  Host Committee, we are excited to invite you to the 34th annual Consumer Rights Litigation Conference (CRLC) in Washington, D.C. This year’s CRLC will have a robust agenda including dozens of substantive breakout sessions in every major area of consumer law for advocates of all experience levels. Interactive sessions will address everything from the ABCs of the Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA)  to high-level strategies for dealing with arbitration clauses, successful methods for challenging algorithmic bias in credit and housing, and much more.

Conference attendees will hear from prominent members of Congress and other leading policy allies on the major  fights for economic fairness ahead of us, and how our community can ensure that our voices are heard. This year’s conference also includes pre- and post-conference intensives, the Class Action Symposium, and a special Consumer Justice Lobby Day.

At this critical time in our shared fight for consumer justice, there’s no substitute for a strong, tight-knit community, and the CRLC is where it all comes together.

We look forward to seeing you and fighting the good fight with you in Washington, D.C. this fall!
