NCLC and NACA are committed to ensuring everyone’s safety. Our conference staff is in close contact with hotel staff and security, and will inform conference attendees of any concerning activity in or near the hotel.

NCLC and NACA require all registered attendees, staff, speakers, and sponsors/exhibitors to wear their conference name badge at all official conference events, including breakout sessions, on-site meals, breaks, and receptions in the conference hotel, and at off-site events. Anyone not wearing a name badge will be asked to do so or leave the conference space. If someone is present without a conference name badge, please alert NCLC and NACA staff at the registration desk.

To ensure everyone can speak freely during the conference, NCLC and NACA also have a strict no-recording policy during conference sessions.  If you see anyone with a recording device other than the official conference photographer/videographer, please alert NCLC and NACA staff at the registration desk.
