The Washington Hilton offers a contemporary urban retreat located in the heart of DC’s most desirable neighborhoods. It’s just a quick walk to gather with colleagues for dinner in Dupont Circle or a drink in Adams Morgan. Steeped in history, the hotel has hosted presidents, notable figures and prestigious events since 1965. Discover local flavors in four exceptional on-site dining venues. Relax in the expansive outdoor courtyard complete with fire pits and water feature. Coming early or staying late? You can book a tour of D.C. favorites including seeing the Monuments in Moonlight with an onsite representative at the hotel. Or do it on your own and enjoy free admission to Smithsonian museums, the National Gallery of Art, and numerous monuments and memorials.
This year there are two different rates at the hotel:
- $219 (plus tax) discounted rooms for Legal Aid attendees (limited availability)
- $259 (plus tax) discounted rooms for all attendees (including Legal Aid once the $219 sells out)
For anyone wanting to extend their stay to take advantage of everything Washington, D.C. has to offer, this rate will be available 3 days before and after the conference (based on availability). Guest Room Wifi is complimentary.
The final deadline to secure a discounted conference rate room at the Washington Hilton is October 15, 2025 (unless it sells out before then). Email [email protected] with any questions about lodging and accommodations. Reserve early to ensure your spot as there are a limited number of rooms available and we expect to sell out. Once you have registered for the conference you will receive the reservation booking link in your email confirmation. We encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible after you have registered for the conference.
