2021 Neal Pike Fellow

Sam Shepard is the former N. Neal Pike Fellow at NCLC, who worked to develop resources that help Americans with physical, intellectual, developmental, or other disabilities use consumer law protections to seek justice. In 2019, Sam was a Hobbs Fellow at NCLC. Previously, he worked as a judicial intern for Judge Ojetta Rogeriee Thompson on the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He received his B.A. from Brown University and graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law.
