Richard Dubois, Deputy Director

Richard Dubois was named Deputy Director of NCLC in September 2014. As a member of the senior management team, he helps guide NCLC's overall direction and program priorities.

Rich oversees the full range of NCLC's fundraising, development, and communications strategies and initiatives, including foundation grants, major gifts, and conferences. He works to build and strengthen relationships with NCLC's supporters, keeping them informed of and engaged in ​NCLC's​ advocacy.

Rich began his career at NCLC as a staff attorney focusing on sustainable homeownership issues, and later served as Director of Development & Project Planning. Previously an attorney at the Center for Insurance Research, he earned a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.
