Darlene R. Wong, Attorney
Darlene Wong is a Staff Attorney at NCLC working on low-income consumer issues, and additionally focuses in issues related to regulated utilities. Prior to joining NCLC in July 2009, Darlene was an Assistant Consumer Advocate at the Pennsylvania Office of Consumer Advocate, an independent office within the Office of Attorney General. Her experience includes litigating rate and service quality cases involving water, energy, and telecommunications companies and issues of rate setting, consumer protection, engineering and environmental concerns at state and federal levels. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley and the Emory University School of Law, and is a member of the bars of Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
She is a contributing author of NCLC's Collection Actions and Access to Utility Service.
