Arielle Cohen works on NCLC’s class action litigation efforts and other advocacy activities. She is a co-author of Consumer Class Actions (7th ed. 2010) and a contributor to several other NCLC publications. Prior to joining NCLC, Ms. Cohen was a Skadden Fellow and Staff Attorney at the New Jersey Institute for Social Justice where she worked on state legislation and local programs targeted at creating and preserving affordable, racially and economically integrated housing. Ms. Cohen has a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a master’s degree from the Goldman School of Public Policy at Berkeley.
